End User License Agreement

Thank you for your interest in our products! Before purchasing any of our virtual instrument products please take a moment to read the following license agreement which is also found on the CD-Roms and DVD-Roms we offer:

License Restrictions

The Milan Digital Audio virtual instruments are created for use with the Hauptwerk Virtual Pipe Organ software program. The use of these samples with software or hardware samplers other than the ones we have formatted them with is prohibited. The purchaser of our CD-Roms and DVD-Roms agrees not to copy, sell, or electronically transmit its contents. You may not make or distribute copies of the software, samples and organ definition files, or electronically transfer the software samples and organ files from one computer to another or over a network. Unauthorized duplication, selling or electronically transmitting is a violation of applicable laws and violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. You shall not use the software, samples or organ files to develop any media or other technology having the same primary function as the samples, including but not limited to using the software, samples or organ files in any development or test procedure that seeks to develop like samples and organ files or other technology.

Ownership

The foregoing license gives you limited license to use the samples. Milan Digital Audio retains all rights, title and interest, including all copyright and intellectual property rights, to the samples and all copies thereof. All rights not specifically granted in this EULA, including Federal and International Copyrights, are reserved by Milan Digital Audio.
